Patrick Finn

Patrick Finn enters his seventh season as an assistant coach and sixth as the Offensive Coordinator. Finn is a graduate of the Boys' Latin School of Baltimore, MD, and played his college lacrosse at the University of Virginia where he was an attackman. He has coached at all levels of the sport including as an assistant at UVA coaching the midfield, and at Penn State University as the Offensive Coordinator. Finn has participated in two NCAA finals, coming up short both times in sudden death. He has won high school state titles in Connecticut, Maryland and Virginia. He founded the New Milford Youth Lacrosse League in Connecticut, and the C & A lax club team in Baltimore. His grandfather Raymond Finn is on the All Hopkins team as a goalie, his father Gene played at Duke, and brother Kevin played at West Point.

Ian Gallagher

Ian Gallagher begins his eighth season as an assistant coach for the UMW men's lacrosse team, serving as Drew Delaney’s assistant coach since taking over as head coach in 2016-17. Gallagher continues in his role as the defensive coordinator, goalie coach, and working with the extra-man unit.

Prior to UMW, Gallagher served as an associate head coach and an assistant coach at Plymouth State for two seasons. Before his time at Plymouth State, Gallagher coached at Georgetown Prep, Homegrown Lacrosse Club (MN), the University of St. Thomas, the University of Minnesota, and the Blake School.

Prior to coaching, Gallagher attended Wagner College where he played goalie for four years.
