Ian Gallagher
Assistant Coach

Prior to that has coached at Georgetown Prep, Homegrown Lacrosse Club (MN), the University of St. Thomas, the University of Minnesota, and the Blake School.

Played goalie at Wagner for 4 years.

Coach Delaney: “We are fortunate to add Coach Gallagher to the staff. He comes to Fredericksburg with a great deal of experience coaching and playing the game. He will work with our defense as a whole and certainly will be a big asset to our goalkeepers.”


Brenden Megan
Assistant Coach

Brendan Megan was named the Assistant Men’s Lacrosse Coach to the University of Mary Washington men’s lacrosse program in the fall of 2018.

He was previously a head coach for Salem High School in New Hampshire.  While there, Megan guided Salem to a program best record and quarterfinal appearance.  He was awarded Coach of the Year for New Hampshire Division 1 in addition to the Eagle Tribune Brian O’Reilly Coach of the Year Award.

Prior to his head coaching role with Salem, Megan played collegiately for two years at Saint Anselm College before injuries cut his career short.

Megan is a native of Hampstead, New Hampshire.
